Approve an SDR invoice → triggers immediate Stripe charge

Approve an SDR invoice and trigger immediate charge via Stripe.

Delegates to marketplace.org_invoice_router.approve_invoice so the ChargeInvoiceHandler runs intact: status flips to charged, Stripe processes the transfer to the SDR's Connect account, and the SDR gets a "your invoice was approved" notification.

Auth: requires a personal API key whose user has the Admin or Owner role in the calling org (require_org_admin). Org-scoped (machine) keys are refused — see developer_api.dependencies.admin. The rationale: this call fires an immediate Stripe charge on the org's default payment method. Letting a non-admin or a machine key trigger that would be a meaningful surface for unintended debits.
