Add commission / bonus / expense / discount. RECOMPUTES THE TOTAL.

This is the money the REP may never put on a client's bill - it belongs to the agency, which is the party with a commercial stake in the amount. retainer and meeting are system-generated from the engagement's rate and cannot be added by hand, by anyone.
