Accept a pending marketplace hire offer (SDR side)

Accept a pending hire offer.

Delegates to marketplace.self_service_router.accept_offer so the full side-effect chain runs intact: hiring transitions to active, the hiring-fee invoice is created, the SDR gains PropelAuth membership in the client org (Member role; service_provider for commission-only hires), the client gets a notification, and the EDA event fires.

Requires a personal API key — the underlying handler scopes ownership via the SDR profile resolved from the caller's email.
