End Agency Placement

End one of your placements. NOT REVERSIBLE.

The agency's door to the act the client already had. One call covers both shapes: an ACTIVE placement is terminated, a still-unsigned offer is withdrawn and its contract envelope VOIDED so the signing page goes dead. Anything else is a 400 naming the state, and a 409 means it moved underneath you - a lost race must never report success, or you believe an offer is dead while it is still signable.

Terminating also REVOKES the rep's seat in the client's workspace - their only access to graph8 - and notifies the client, who has just lost their rep mid-engagement. Withdrawing does not, because an unsigned offer never granted one.
