Get workflows

Deprecated: use alpha.workflows.get.v2 (alpha_workflows_get_v2), which reads every graph version, version 5 file steps included. This version gets one Alpha workflow by its workflow key: its draft graph and revision, its published version, and its recent runs; a workflow whose graph uses graph version 5 (file steps) is refused (409 WORKFLOW_GRAPH_VERSION_UNSUPPORTED).
