Create customer cases

Open a customer case: a new Alpha conversation beside a customer surface, bound to what it works. kind customer_edit is Bulk edit's chat over the selected customers (customerIds: any number of any of the organization's business profiles, each once, in the grid's order; no businessProfileId), held by id; its turns read the customers through Business's operations as the member and propose changes only through business_customer_edit_reviews_create_v5. kind customer_describe is Describe's chat about count new customers of one business profile (no customerIds); its turns read the group they describe only through business_customer_descriptions_create_v3. Returns the case and its conversation: send its turns with alpha_conversations_send (threadId is conversationId). Its turns never save or add a customer and are included, drawing no Alpha credits; the conversation is left out of alpha_conversations_list, and alpha_customer_cases_get names the review or description it last requested. A retry with the same idempotency key returns the same case. Needs a signed-in member.
