Complete upload attachments

Deprecated: use alpha.attachments.complete-upload.v2 (alpha_attachments_complete_upload_v2), which also finishes a PowerPoint deck reserved through alpha_attachments_reserve_upload_v2; this version refuses one (415 UNSUPPORTED_ATTACHMENT). Finish an attachment upload: Point11 reads the stored file back, checks its size and format, extracts a document's text, and returns the ready attachment to name in alpha_conversations_send. Omit etag when the upload's answer was lost; a refusal carrying details.retryAfterMs is retried after that wait.
