Export ad suites

Export one accepted revision of an ad suite (a revision from alpha_ad_suites_get versions) as the files of its package: ad-suite.json, the copy CSVs, test plan, evidence, placements, README, every stored asset, and any website deliverable's source. Each stored file carries a short-lived url that GETs its bytes; each generated file carries its content inline.
