Extend website live sessions

Keep the member's live edit session (its id) open for another 10 minutes of inactivity, never past the hour it may last; the artifact panel calls it each minute the member was active. A session whose member lost access to the website ends. Returns the session's state, or SESSION_ENDED once it has ended.
