Get advisor activities

Read what Advisor is doing now (id "organization"): running while its review of the organization's list runs; waiting while a review is owed and not running (it may wait on Billing or on evidence, so it is no promise to start); otherwise next, the instant the next scheduled review is due, in the organization's zone (when it is due, not a promise it runs then). Advisor's website checks are not its review. A failed review is read with alpha_advisor_reviews_get_v2.
