Rename artifacts

Rename a file Alpha made, by any version's id, in a conversation the member may ask in: every version of it shows title (1 to 160 characters) in the Files library and its chat, and a later version keeps it; null returns it to the name Alpha gave it. What Alpha recorded is unchanged. Refused while acting as another member.
