List advisor actions (v2)

Deprecated: use alpha.advisor-actions.list.v3 (alpha_advisor_actions_list_v3), which lists every action on the organization's Advisor list with its section, place, current content revision, value, implementation tracking and latest outcome. This version answers in the shape it was published with: an action whose content names no live Discovery or Experience campaign is left out; product is the expected effect's (else the campaign's), impact.liftPp the expected effect's estimate (0 without one), priorityScore and reach 0, the evidence arrays empty with evidenceSummary the action's body, latestDecision and outcome null, and review.section new (awaiting review), reviewed (placed by the published review) or set_aside, with no groups (Advisor merges actions instead). campaigns lists the live campaigns that have published, each dispatchId its newest publication. In Advisor's order unless another sort is named; filter by product, campaign, status (open, completed, dismissed, or all), area, or title, or open on the page that holds one action.
