Decide connector approvals

Answer the connector card on one of the member's own Alpha answers: Always allow, Approve once, or Don't allow a call Alpha asked to make; an admin may approve one blocked call once or unblock it. Re-checks the current permission, saves choices, and returns the next question to send in that conversation, in which Alpha makes the approved call. Needs a signed-in member.
