Complete upload attachments (v2)

Finish an attachment upload: Point11 reads the stored file back, checks its size and format, extracts a document's text, and returns the ready attachment to name in alpha_conversations_send. Omit etag when the upload's answer was lost; a refusal carrying details.retryAfterMs is retried after that wait. Answers every format an attachment may be, a PowerPoint deck included.
