Did the phone beat Dialpad, on the same numbers.

PHONE_SYSTEM_PLAN.md section 9 asks for these to be live metrics rather than a one-time claim. They are deliberately NOT one of the four customer-service tiles: that table allows exactly four per role and all four are taken, so claiming a slot would silently evict somebody's existing measure. Which of them the phone is worth more than is a decision for Frederick, not for this route.
