Inbound Transfer Done

Plivo's report on how the dial ended.

⛔DialBLegHangupCause/DialStatus IS THE ONLY THING THAT DISTINGUISHES A HUMAN TAKING THE CALL FROM A DIAL THAT RANG OUT. completed here means the confirm key was pressed and the legs were bridged; anything else and nobody took it, and the caller must not be counted as connected.
