Inbound Transfer

The XML Plivo fetches once the agent has asked for a transfer.

⛔confirmSound IS THE WHISPER AND confirmKey IS THE ACCEPT. Plivo rings the manager, plays whatever that URL returns, and only bridges the caller once the key is pressed -- which is exactly the flow Frederick described, and is why this is call screening rather than a plain dial.

A dial with no confirm would connect a caller to a voicemail box and report success, because from our side an answered call and an answering machine are the same event.
