What the caller hears while we ring their account manager.

dialMusic takes a URL returning XML, so this is a real route rather than an audio file, which is the better shape anyway: it can say WHO is being rung, in the caller's own language.

⛔IT MUST NOT OUTLAST THE DIAL, AND IT DOES NOT NEED TO. Plivo stops playing this the instant the legs bridge or the dial gives up, so the loop is bounded by the dial timeout above rather than by anything here.
