List Calls

The softphone panel's call queues (build task: "call queues beside the softphone: on-hold / callbacks / recent"; voice_calls table already exists). status repeats to filter (?status=ringing for "on hold", ?status=completed&status=failed&... for "recent calls") -- omitted, returns the most recent calls of any status. Gated cs:voice, the same page-level grant as the rest of this panel.

phone, since Frederick, 2026-09-16: "calls need to be able to search by telephone number ... there's really no way to search for calls" -- typed with or without the country code, punctuated or not, full or partial (service.list_calls's own docstring has the matching rule). Never validated beyond that: an unparseable string just matches nothing, the same as any other search box that comes back empty.
