An agent confirms, on screen and against the transcript, that a number this ticket's callers neither rang from nor were heard saying IS the customer's (#3508). Recorded with who and why (customer_dial_confirmations); never possible for a staff phone or one of our own lines. Dials nothing: the agent dials again afterwards.
