Inbound Menu

One keypress in the opener tree.

⛔EVERY BRANCH ENDS ON ROOSTER. There is no path out of this route that leaves a caller in a menu, replays a prompt at them, or hangs up. An unexpected digit, a missing digit, a level we do not recognise: all of them connect. The old Dialpad tree is the thing 70% of callers abandoned inside, and the one rule that keeps this from becoming that is that the menu can only ever move a caller FORWARD.
