⛔THIS ARRIVES AS ITS OWN HTTP REQUEST WITH NOTHING BUT A CALL ID. No websocket, no conversation, no memory -- which is exactly why the whisper is written to the call row BEFORE the transfer starts (migration 0427). Composing it here would mean composing it from nothing.
