Everything true about the CS queue right now, computed not guessed: the aggregate counts (the same function the live page uses, so the two can never disagree), every open ticket with its clock, SLA state, owner, whether the customer is waiting on us and whether a draft already exists, and the contract/receivables position of the orgs involved.
