Look Up From Research Desk
Look anything up mid-conversation: a code, a name, a number, a box.
⛔THE DOSSIER ANSWERS THE FIRST QUESTION, NOT THE SECOND. It resolves the codes quoted in the ticket, which is what an opening brief needs. Then the account manager asks "what about the rest of his mail this year", or "which box did that one ship in", or "has this facility had this before" -- and a fixed bundle has nothing to say.
Frederick, 2026-09-03, on what this whole surface is meant to feel like: "I want the same experience as me giving you a screenshot and then you searching the data and pulling up the records and seeing the details and explaining it and going through it."
That experience is not a report. It is being able to LOOK, repeatedly, while the conversation goes on. This is that.
One field, the same one the parcel-search screen uses: a parcel code, an inmate name or number, a facility, or a box tracking number all work, and the server decides which it is rather than the caller guessing.
Returns only what a customer may be told -- code, status, recipient, facility, contents, tracking, and the station timeline. No technician name, no internal note.
