Get Chronicle

The Company Chronicle (chronicle.build_chronicle), wired to a live route for the first time (W4) -- a rolling 7-day (chronicle. DEFAULT_WINDOW_DAYS), internal-audience brief of recent Zep graph activity: what became true, what stopped being true, what was committed to. Scope is this principal's own internal Zep scope (graph_registry.resolve_principal_graphs, no org grant widened in -- company-wide knowledge graphs only, never another caller's org data).

Degrade-safe by construction, not by any extra handling here: an empty scope or an unconfigured Zep account (ZEP_API_KEY unset, the stub gateway) makes build_chronicle return a well-formed EMPTY chronicle rather than raise -- see that function's own docstring.
