Write Direction Line

The write half: a dumb persist of the line the AGENT composed, upserted onto direction_lines' existing (principal_id, for_date) key. Calls NO model. Blank text is refused (422) rather than persisted -- a blank line renders as an empty headline on Today with no hint anything failed.
