Identify Unidentified Sender
Say who this is. Their mail is delivered and their colleagues resolve.
One transaction: identifying a sender and delivering the mail that was refused because we could not identify them are the same act, and a half of it would leave the queue saying answered while the email stayed in a dead-letter table.
