Phone Ticket Numbers For This Customer
The numbers on the contact record of the customer whose EMAIL ticket this is, to pick one when starting a phone ticket. Creates nothing.
Frederick, 2026-10-07, issue #2002: "Email always to email. And then you can only make an outbound physical voice call to a phone ticket." and, on whether a number on the contact record is enough to call from a new phone ticket: "Yes. The number on a customer's contact record should be enough."
200 always carries numbers (possibly empty) and problem (the server's own sentence, or null): no number on the record, a customer that is not exactly one contact, an open phone ticket already started from this one (open_ticket_id). 409 only for a ticket that is already a phone ticket. Authority comes from the SOURCE ticket, as the email twin does.
For a CONSUMER (b2c) ticket that names no contact, the customer's contact record is their Pigeonly account and api reads it (reads only; PR #4221, OPEN_ITEMS CALLOUT-18). The adapter is act_api, built on this request's own connection like the start route's, so one request holds one connection; this is a click on a button, not a list that refreshes.
