Every month carries INSEE's observation status and quality mark (DEF final, P provisional); a month with no published number is null, never zero. Live from INSEE, cached for a day. Source : Insee, with the series' last update date, Licence Ouverte 2.0. Declared before the generic series route so this key is never read as a series key.
