Collect a Destatis extraction
Changed onState of one extraction started at POST /destatis/extractions. queued or running carries no table. ready carries the tidy observations. A failed vendor job is a typed error, never 200 with empty data. Each GET makes at most one catalogue/jobs call and releases the GENESIS slot when that call returns. A finished result is fetched as ffcsv and deleted from the shared account store via profile/removeResult.
