Headline unemployment rate from ILO dataflow DF_UNE_DEAP_SEX_AGE_RT. Monthly/quarterly/annual depending on country reporting. Supports ISO-3 multi-country keys (USA+GBR+DEU), sex (SEX_T total, SEX_M male, SEX_F female), and age group (default 15+).

Query parameters

countriesstring

ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 code, alpha-2 code, or country name (Portugal), joined with + for multi-country (USA+GBR+DEU). An unresolvable value answers 422.

countrystring nullable

Alias of countries for a single country - ISO-3, ISO-2, or name. If both country and countries are given and resolve to different countries, 422 names both.

freqstring

Frequency: A (annual), Q (quarterly), M (monthly).

sexstring

Sex classification: SEX_T (total), SEX_M (male), SEX_F (female). Combine with + for side-by-side.

agestring

Age group code. Defaults to 15+.

last_ninteger

Most-recent observations per series.

startstring nullable

startPeriod (YYYY or YYYY-MM).

endstring nullable

endPeriod (YYYY or YYYY-MM).

Response

Unemployment rate observations ordered as returned by ILOSTAT.
