Population estimates: totals and median age across a geography level

Changed on

Resident population and median age from the Census Bureau's Population Estimates (<vintage>/pep/charv), one estimate year (2020 to the latest published vintage). The vintage folder is the dataset; YEAR is a predicate inside it. 2020 carries an April 1 census-base row and a July 1 estimate, labelled; later years are July 1. Totals are both sexes and all ages (SEX=0, AGE=0000) with median age from the PEP_AGESEX group. geo is the nation, every state (or one, including PR), the counties of one state, or every metro area. A year past the latest is an empty answer with a reason.
