German statistics table by GENESIS code

Fetch any Destatis GENESIS table by its code (five digits, a hyphen, four more), the same code /destatis/search and /destatis/statistics/{code}/tables already hand out. Thirteen curated shortcuts stay on /destatis/{table}. This long-tail route is admission-controlled: one in-flight request per API key, a platform cap of 720 uncached fetches per UTC day (tunable DESTATIS_LONGTAIL_DAILY), and it never waits for the shared GENESIS slot - a busy lane is 429 with Retry-After. A table too large for a direct request is refused with both levers that work: a narrower year window, and a contents slice. Optional classifying is VARIABLE:KEY, e.g. GP19A2:GP19-05, taken from /destatis/variables/{code}/values. Repeat the parameter for more than one variable (five classifying plus one regional). A key that is not in that value list is refused here with HTTP 400 and is never sent upstream: GENESIS answers Status 0 and the whole cube for an invalid classifying key. The same slice can be served through POST /destatis/extractions (GENESIS job=true) instead of this 413. The answer may be served from cache; a cache hit is free and is not counted against the budget.
