Every variable a statistic can be split by: classifying axes, time, region and measures. values_path is the legal-keys listing for a slice. Statistic 42131 carries the GP2019 product classification at 2, 4 and 9 digits. Caller-selected code: striped longtail_lock with reserved wait, so the lock table cannot grow. A cache hit is free.
