Population estimates: age distribution of one sex

Changed on

Resident population by age from the Census Bureau's Population Estimates (<vintage>/pep/charv), one estimate year (2020 to the latest published vintage), nationally or for every state (or one). groups=bands (default) is the selected age groups (under 5, 5-9, ... 85 and over); groups=single is single years of age (under 1, age 1 ... age 85). sex is all (both sexes, default), male or female. The all-ages total and the median-age AGE code are dropped. A year past the latest is an empty answer with a reason.
