Community resilience estimates (social vulnerability bands)
Changed onPopulation by number of social-vulnerability components from the Census Bureau's Community Resilience Estimates ({year}/cre), one vintage (2016 to the latest published). geo is the nation, every state (or one), or the counties of one state. Tract and metro geographies stay out. A year past the latest is an empty answer with a reason.

CRE vintage (YYYY, 2016 to the latest published; required).
us, state (every state, or one with state=) or county (the counties of one state; state= required).
State postal code (CA, TX, DC, ...) when geo=state or county.
