The 9-digit PRODCOM equivalent for German manufacturing, served from the harvested 42131BJ203 snapshot (GP2019, annual, 2019 to 2025). Never a live GENESIS call: a valid filtered cubefile is 13.2 s and an invalid key is 36.8 s. The cube is not product-complete (4,818 codes against 5,018 on the table route). A code absent from the snapshot is reported as absent, with table_fallback naming /destatis/table/42131-0004, never as a 404 that implies it does not exist. Every answer names its classification vintage. GP2009 and GP2026 9-digit harvests are not committed; those vintages are harvest_blocked with the same table fallback, not a 404.
