Archive a schedule

Files a finished schedule away: it leaves the default listing and stays readable by identifier, carrying the instant it was archived. Only a cancelled or completed schedule can be archived — archiving is filing, not stopping, so cancel it first. Archiving an already archived schedule changes nothing and returns the same version.
