Read a test sink delivery

Reads one recorded delivery including the exact bytes that arrived, truncated at the published cap with the original length stated. This is the one place a callback body is readable, and it is narrow on purpose: a test environment only, the creating authority only, a single record rather than a listing, and never a log. The signature is included because a MAC is not secret and comparing it against a locally computed one is how a body-mutation bug is found; no signing key appears in this shape.
