List the member's projects
Lists the active and archived projects in the signed-in member's organization, with the environment kinds, lifecycle state, version and deletion-preview counts each one has. Active and archived rows both occupy a plan slot; deleted projects are absent. Archived rows are management targets rather than projects work may run inside, so a picker must not offer them as switch targets. The result is a display aid rather than an authorization control — naming a project on a later request re-resolves it against the member's own organization, and a project that is not theirs answers exactly as one that does not exist.
