Delete an archived project

Permanently deletes an archived project and everything it owns immediately: schedules and encrypted payloads, occurrences and delivery attempts, endpoints and their signing keys, API credentials and their audit events, OAuth grants and tokens, test sinks, and control-plane projections. The operation is refused while the project is active and names archiving as the required first move. Its response reports the schedules, endpoints, keys and runs destroyed. Only organization administrators may perform it, and there is no restore operation.
