Historical observations for an NWS station
Changed onReturn historical observations for the requested NWS station, optionally filtered by a start/end ISO 8601 window. Observations are ordered newest first. Each record carries the same QC-flagged measurements as /observation/latest plus the raw METAR. Useful for station time-series analysis, climatology comparisons, and aviation post-event review. NWS retains recent observations in the API (typically the last ~7 days); for long-range archives use the NOAA NCEI CDO endpoints under /climate/*.
