Query parameters

starttimestring

Start time (YYYY-MM-DD or ISO 8601).

endtimestring

End time (YYYY-MM-DD or ISO 8601).

minmagnitudenumber

Minimum earthquake magnitude.

maxmagnitudenumber

Maximum earthquake magnitude.

latitudenumber

Latitude in decimal degrees (-90 to 90).

longitudenumber

Longitude in decimal degrees (-180 to 180).

maxradiuskmnumber

Search circle radius in km.

mindepthnumber

Minimum earthquake depth in km.

maxdepthnumber

Maximum earthquake depth in km.

alertlevelstring

PAGER alert level: green, yellow, orange, red.

limitinteger

Maximum number of records to return.

orderbystring

Sort criterion (time, time-asc, magnitude, magnitude-asc).

Array of matching earthquake records from the USGS catalog.
