Single instrument record from WMO OSCAR/Space

Fetch a single instrument detail record by its URL-safe slug (e.g. 3mi, acrim_iii, modis, olci). Returns instrument acronym, full name, type, WIGOS classification, providing agency, the list of satellites the instrument flies or flew on (with per-flight status), and the variables measured (derived from the variables -> instruments relationship). Attribution: WMO OSCAR/Space (World Meteorological Organization).

Instrument slug as published upstream. Lowercase URL-safe identifier.

Full instrument detail with nested satellite flights and measured variables.
