USGS Water statistics (daily/monthly/annual)

Statistics over the full period of record - daily, monthly, or annual mean/median/max/min plus percentiles. Useful for flow-duration curves, drought monitoring, and climate baselines. Legacy WaterServices only - no OGC equivalent.

get/api/v1/environment/usgs-water/stat

Query parameters

sitestring required

USGS site number(s), comma-separated.

parameterstring

Parameter code (default 00060 discharge).

typestring

Statistic type: mean, median, max, min, all.

freqstring

Report frequency: daily, monthly, annual.

start_datestring

Start (YYYY-MM-DD or YYYY-MM for monthly).

end_datestring

End (YYYY-MM-DD or YYYY-MM for monthly).

Response

Aggregated statistics over the site's period of record.
