NOAA CO-OPS station metadata (fused)

Return fused metadata for a single CO-OPS station: identity, tidal datums (MLLW, MSL, MHW, MHHW, NAVD88, and others when published) with reference epoch, instrumentation inventory (sensor IDs, elevation, reference datum, status), and a summary of the harmonic analysis (units and constituent count). One Sugra call fuses four upstream mdapi sub-resources. Attribution: NOAA CO-OPS Tides and Currents (api.tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov).

7-digit CO-OPS station identifier (e.g. 8518750 for The Battery, 9414290 for San Francisco).
