Administrative boundaries by country and admin level

Return OpenStreetMap administrative boundary relations (boundary=administrative) inside an ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 country at a given admin_level (2 = country, 4 = state/province, 6 = county, 8 = city). Response includes relation centroids and OSM tags - use the relation id with downstream OSM tooling for full polygon geometry. Cached for 7 days since administrative boundaries change rarely. Data is (C) OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL 1.0) - attribution is required on any surface that renders this data.
