Latest observation for an NWS station

Return the most recent observation reported by the requested NWS station. Surface ASOS sites report on a 5-minute cadence (METAR published at H:20, H:40, H:00); other station types vary. Each numeric measurement carries the WMO unit symbol and an NWS quality-control flag (V verified, Z preliminary, C coarse pass, etc.). The raw METAR string is also returned for clients that want to parse it themselves. Attribution: NOAA National Weather Service (api.weather.gov).
