Start native WhatsApp phone-pairing via self-hosted whatsmeow bridge.

Returns an 8-character pairing code the user types into WhatsApp on their phone (Settings → Linked Devices → Link with phone number). Same status-poll endpoint as QR (/auth/selfhosted/status/{sid}).
