Cancel Whatsapp Selfhosted Pair

Abandon an in-flight self-hosted pairing (wizard closed before scan).

Deletes the placeholder channel_account row the bridge needed to key the session on, so an unscanned QR doesn't leave a permanent "WhatsApp (pending pair ...)" entry in the Connected list.
